MLS for Developments

Since 1988 VLPG has provided multiple listing service for real estate professionals in the Costa Vallarta region and since 2000 for real estate developers. It has grown over the years to also include Riviera Nayarit and incorporate new development properties. The MLS currently consists of two MLS services; Multi-List Vallarta (MLV) for re-sale properties with real estate offices and Multi-Dev Vallarta (MDV) for new or pre-sale properties with developers. Access to MLS service is limited to only members.

What's the difference between regular MLS systems and MDV? 

Regular MLS systems are based on single properties listings - they focus on information about a condo, a home, or a lot. MDV focuses on the "development" what the amenities are, the location, and groups all of the project's inventory together and presents it in an easy to navigation section. Its a very unique way of presenting information about developments that only Multi-Dev Vallarta is providing developers and the public in the Vallarta/Nayarit region.

The primary benefit for developers is we help you get information out, with regards to your development, to as many people as possible. We ensure that real estate agents know about your project and have information about it. We place information about your project and your current inventory in the MLS system, for real estate agents and the public to view. And your development is featured on some of the most visited real estate websites for Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit.

Where can I find it?

Properties listed in the MLS are distributed in a print catalog (distributed monthly to real estate offices), and online through three websites, (mlsvallarta.com, vallartarealestateguide.com and virtualvallarta.com), which have excellent positioning on Google for primary keywords and phrases about Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit real estate.

The primary source of distribution for the public is this website. It is the #1 website with Google for information regarding real estate in Puerto Vallarta or Riviera Nayarit.

Information is also distributed through the use of the MLV Broker Website Interface, which currently has more than 30 websites participating. So when you place one of your properties in MLV, you are getting the best distribution possible to assist in selling the property. The primary objective of Multi-List Vallarta is to ensure that real estate agents have complete, up-to-date information on the real estate market within Costa Vallarta.
