We’ve added a completely new way that people can search for real estate in Vallarta or Nayarit on MLSVallarta.com - search by images. And its so easy! They just have to click on one of the folders in the right hand column and properties that fit into that description are shown. And then just click on any property photo for more information about that particular property. No typing in search criteria, just click on a folder title. Its easy!

We have received questions from some members regarding what the qualifications are for properties submitted to Multi-List Vallarta. Our procedures have not changed since we operated the MLS for AMPI; we follow the same requisites they demanded at that time, and we believe they are still the same as what they demand today.
